. Ilias stores the following user data: Login, first name, last name, email address, matriculation number and last login date/time on the learning platform, registered solutions submitted by participants to solve tasks.

Data/test entries are automatically stored by the learning platform and results are transferred to Flexnow. In some cases, written portions and digital results are forwarded to an instructor, evaluated manually, and only then transferred to Flexnow by the testing office. Normally, the data/test entries are automatically deleted after the end of the grading period but at the latest after one year.

Administrator has access and editing rights to all subordinate roles. Administrator access concerns: viewing of all login data of users in subordinate roles, their uploaded files andresults/assessments stored by the Ilias.

The user role: can only edit what he/she has created/uploaded himself/herself.

You have the right to obtain information about your data stored by the ZESS of the University of Göttingen. You can object to the data processing and request the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data. In addition, you also have the right to data portability. You may address complaints to the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Tel. 0511/120-4500, poststelle@lfd.niedersachsen.de.
